I'm curious (couldn't really find the answer to this on the FL pages): using FL, can you scrape instagram and DOWNLOAD all the pictures attached to certain tags? I basically want to be able to go through all the #greenpeas (or whatever) and download all the pictures that have that hashtag onto my computer, so I can go through them and only re-up the ones that I find nice and pretty, not all the shitty ones that could come with it.

Does the program do that?

Yes, FL does that :)
You can make it scrape photos and while scraping to save them on your disk.
