Did they consider the possible impact of cloud computing on bitcoin in future and include some solution in advance?

Yes, they did. But given the fact how the BTC network adapts to available computing power it’d make more sense for someone who has access to that level of hardware to simply contribute to mining instead of trying to crack wallets I’m personally not to worried about it being an issue.

No , there was no concept of quantum computers at that time. Otherwise , Satoshi was smart enough to think of a solution for this.
