WARNING: Shawn(postersolutions) is a scammer!!!! 3000$ PVAs scam

Hello everyone,
Some users reported bad experiences with Shawn unfortunately too late for me.
I bought a test batch of accounts(200 accts) on jan 15 and he provided these accounts in 5 business days, he knew that if all will work fine he will receive a 2000 PVAs order. He took my order but had another client that haven't received his accts(order placed on dec 5 2008) and prob. haven't received his accts until now.
The test went fine and i payed him 3000$ for 1000 PVAs on feb 3 and our agreement was that he will provide 75-100 PVAs / day. Until Feb 28 he sent me only 154 PVAs!!! and haven't heard a word from him it's allmost 3 weeks from the time he sent the last batch of 8 PVAs.
I had a bad event in my family and haven't contacted him for a while but i waited him on yahoo messenger for 7 days(before he was allmost all time online) i've done some research and found he is online but he put me into the "appear permanently offline" state.
I contacted him from another id today and look what he told me:

well i doubt you will ever see your money:

1. PayPal won't refund you when you buy an item like that. When you buy illegal goods/services all contracts are void or at least in the U.S. Technically what you bought is fraudulent goods / identity theft. So no court is going to take your side.

2. PayPal disputes in my experience just get dropped

3. He is probably using a fake PayPal and has probably since withdrawn all the cash.

... Basically you just got screwed.

I hope you paid via CC or something. If this is the case, just contact your CC company. Paypal won't refund money for services etc and if there is no money in a paypal account (it has been emptied) paypal won't cover the loss either. Good luck.

Unfortunately you have more then likely lost your money. No way you can dispute that and if trying to destroy he's name and business he's probably up and running again in matter of day's scamming more people with a whole new identity.

What a scumbag, that is why i don't buy high prized stuff on BHW, there are just to many scammers lately.

seriously, to the OP, im sorry for your lost. Just contact your CC company and try to do chargeback. That is the only way.

My blood has just turned ice cold. I have been waiting 4 weeks now for a campaign to launch so it looks like i'm another victim. Can someone please pm me his info.

I offered Shawn the chance to buy PVAs from me at a price that would still allow him to make money on the "flip". I wanted to just sell him 1k, 2k... whatever would get him out of debit with all of these folks from the shit list and clear the air.

Unfortunately he didn't take me up on the offer and wanted to supply them himself for max profit.

It's a shame... I could have sold him accounts to re-sell to all of you and taken care of all of this in a day or two. If that was the case this could have been avoided and he would likely still be around.

Tommy - I remember you making that offer. I know if I were in that kind of a jam your offer would have been a godsend. When I saw him refuse that, I knew that he never had any intention of making good on the offer.

I used Shawn / postersolutions a few months ago. While I wasn't ecstatic with the service, he did eventially manage to get them posted and w/o too many problems (other than a lack of urgency). I decided not to move forward with the relationship, but only because I thought he wasn't up to the task. I feel for those who have lost money & opportunity. In these types of scenarios, I never go to PayPal - I go direct to my CC company, where I get a lot more results.
