If you know Korean it's a pretty catchy song. This guy is a Korean singer/rapper, his style of music has always been like this. And the video is the official music video of his most recent song.
If you like a song wont you listen to it multiple times a day? I would assume a good percentage is repeated views of the the people who like the song.

First of all he was already an established/popular rapper/singer in South Korea so when the new video came out he immediately got a lot of views from Asia. Then some Western people picked it up since it was already pretty popular pretty fast. The first time you watch it, it's just hilarious and then it's a pretty catchy song. Once it starts getting popular these days, online newspapers pick it up, tv shows pick it up and that's it really.
