Well could be but I belive most of the views are real. with the type of quality you see this days hitting youtube front page this video deserves to be there thats for sure.

It is called viral because it happens by it self. As you can see most of the traffic comes from Facebook. So probably the video has been posted on some very popular sites, it was on 9Gag, and then people started posting it on fb walls. And then everything goes by it self.
