Did you even read my reply? Of course not, those who chose to defraud others tend to ignore anything that doesn't support their weak argument. I'll repeat for your benefit: the fraudulent activities of publishers that run through our network put us at risk of both non-payment from our merchants, and legal action. Do you really think we would risk a multi-million dollar lawsuit simply to let you run a few extra days so we can pocket some extra money? If you (or anyone else on this thread) truly believes that, then don't bother reading anything else in my reply as you have no concept of logic or reason and anything I say really won't be understood.
If I sent some comments on instagram, it doesn't make me the worst guy in the world and makes you the best guy. I am not whining that I got banned, I know i broke maxbounty's TOS. I know what I did, I moved on. This thread is not about WHAT happened, it's about HOW it happened. I know how the cpa business is ran, you and me know you could handle it in other way.
Are you for real? While you may strive for credibility with your "networks that enforce their terms and conditions are scammers" argument, a comment like that one completely undermines anything you say and makes you look like a bit of an idiot.
I am not claiming that maxbounty are scammers, I even said that but did you read my reply? I guess not. I know Maxbounty is a good company with a good reputation, I would be unfair if I deny this, but the way I was banned is what I am talking about. If I had one problem with maxbounty it doesn't mean my problem makes maxbounty a bad company, that's lame.
Did you have permission from Instagram to spam the comments of user pictures? No? Then you violated their terms and conditions. Did you have our permission to spam social networks? No? Then you violated our terms and conditions. Whether you admit it or not, this is fraudulent behaviour.
Your answer is right for both of the questions, but still it is not fraud, you can call it spam. According to oxford dictionary:
wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain
So your corroborating proof that we are scammers is a link to an affiliate who was terminated for offering incentives (the equivalent of content unlock traffic) on campaigns that don't accept this type of low quality traffic? That seems to prove my point, not yours.
Read it again, the whole point is the way maxbounty's AMs use before banning someone.
I'm sure you'll continue to get sympathy on this thread. After all, there are others here who have been terminated by us: this is Black Hat World after all. But receiving sympathy does not mean that you are right. You broke terms, you got caught, you got your account terminated.
I don't need sympathy, I know what I did was wrong, I am not denying it. BUT the way I got banned is what I am talking about.
Warning other BHW members using Maxbounty when doing similar things is what I need. And I think I got it.
But let me close with this. If you are so sure that comment spamming is fine with Instagram, I invite you to get written permission to comment spam from them and send it over to me along with the contact details of the person at Instagram who has given you permission so I can call them and have a chat to confirm this (e-mails are way too easy to spoof). If you get that to me, I will come back to this thread and personally apologize to you and admit I was wrong.
I am pretty sure it is not, but when I push traffic for like 10 days, and get banned after I stop, this is where I feel suspicious of how things are ran. Again, I know what I did was wrong, but HOW I was banned is the problem here. I know for sure you at Maxbounty got complaints the first few days, but you choose to keep a blind eye until the right moment.
In this world we see facts, we analyze, we conclude. At the end of the day you will be here defending maxbounty and I will be doing what I do.
I respect you as a person, you are not my enemy, and I am not yours. Good luck with everything.
BHW members: I am not claiming maxbounty are scammers, but the way I was banned was sneaky. Think again about using Maxbounty unless your traffic is 100% whitehat.
