I try to buy installs from

I waited 3 days 3 days he could not start the installation When I requested a refund - put me on a black list
Be careful, dont make business with him!

I only buy digital products via trusted&big escrows or digital marketplaces. Never scammed ever. Let's say you meet the seller here, just invite him a third party middleman site.
 
This belongs in the shit list section.

Also, you need to be posting proof when throwing out accusations. Also, buying from non-Jr VIP is discouraged.
 
He said "he could not start the installation", so I think that supplier did not started installation something somewhere. And we did not seen any proofs of the deal

yes to prove what you are saying, screen shots of messages etc to prove you got scammed. my advice would be read the rules of the site, you should not have even conducted business with the person.
 
Man you need to do your due diligence before making a transaction. Scammer lurking everywhere, be safe and start thinking twice before making a transaction to a non Jr.
 
There is a big question: was this TA real or not? At this moment we have not seen any evidence from buyer

Is it true that you cheated him in May? I just got message from him on skype asking me to send him traffic cause we talk some time ago that I was looking for a way to monetize my installs so I am glad I didn't if he is a cheater.

How did you pay him? If you used paypal just do a chargeback

The member is banned (as of yesterday).
 
This is a word of advice to all members - if you ever receive a PM offering to sell or provide a service, from someone who is a regular member ( ie YELLOW USERNAME ), irrespective of how old the account, you need to report it. Had this been reported to begin with the OP would not have been scammed for $7k
