If someone was doing it, and got scared that easily and actually stopped.. then they weren't meant to do it in the first place.

@bartosimpsonio TOR isnt impossible to track down as far as I've heard. It's not easy, and I think they were using illegal techniques to track down their target, but the NSA tracked down someone they were looking for who was using TOR.

When I read his topic, I see massive noobs flood came like fly to shit. I always though, BHW is blackhat but talking about illegal things is not allowed. Not important, I am not moderator or admin, so I can only warn newbies.

No matter who, if tracks down by illegal way then the evidence can not be applied to the court procedure. If so there is penalties to the tracking authorities as well.
 
I would say most people getting into this know the consequences and if you do make money from this never exchange btc for other currency or else you are fucked
 
Everyone knows this already though, "piracy" is not legal anywhere so that gives you an idea.

Nobody says people don't know. They only don't know how easy is to track them for people with tools, especialy goverments. If they want, they can close almost every site with pirated content. They tolerate if you are not big.

Its not their first day being in court, obviously there not going to go in court and say they used an illegal method to track you, they'll fabricate it. The feds don't have a 98% conviction rate for nothing. Either way, if it's something that scares said person in the first place.. then maybe the person shouldn't be doing it. Everything isn't for everybody, ya know.
 
As OP wrote above - some movie streaming sites in our country (Poland) got shut down, some idiots got caught, some sites like cda.pl are still running. Why? Because idiots are idiots - they dont consult with lawyer way they do online streaming and such guys end in jail.

TL DR - if you are idiot and you play on hardcore level you can end in jail.

There seems to be a lack of discussion regarding operational security practices here amongst those pursuing businesses in blackhat areas. Buying fake followers is one thing, it's not a big deal at all. Owning a large business that supplies fake followers to thousands or tens of thousands of customers is another thing.

Running a movie steaming website is on a whole other level, as the money the movie companies earn is so high and you're potentially taking a piece of that revenue. People get sued for thousands of dollars by random companies for using an image they took from Google images without properly licensing; the repercussions for movie sites can be an order of magnitude worse. Don't get into the game unless you're an op sec expert.

Consider the real world consequences of your pursuit. And don't fuck with copyright law on a large scale unless you know what you're fucking doing.

use no tracking VPN paying with bitcoin. Access RDP with VPN. Access hosting website/vps with VPN on RDP. Paying vps using bitcoin. Use RDP all the time with VPN on.
Well, too much of works. In SEA countries like Indonesia, Vietnam... you can make streaming website easily without any law problem. But of course if you scale up there will be troubles: force to shut down and lose some money, but no jail.

Also can use double vpn from the hotspot internet shared from the disposable phone/sim. Keep changing the sim/phone often.
 
This information is not 100% right. In other words people will always fall a victim. For the fact that Car kills doesn't mean they should be not travels
