Yes that's the move. I'm now looking for a good way to manage multiple accounts and have them unlinked. Would highly appreciate some insight. Can separate chrome profiles and rotating my 4G hotspot work well?

It is recommended to use old accounts with old spending history, as strong accounts can launch campaigns without bootstrapping
