Wanted to Know how much this domain Worth.

Every body after some long time i am posting on BHW, but i am active on BHW.
1 year back i buyed 1 website, which has almost 400-Photoshop tutorial.
I buyed that domain and content at a price of 1000$.
After that i got busy in my other project. I never seen that domain. ( One more thing when i have buyed the domain it is with out content i got all content hosting files separately, As from person to whom i buyed the domain he has bought an expired domain and retireve content from it's old owner)
So 1 week before i just buyed hosting, uploaded all 400 tutorial and installed analytic, ( I restore all same link which was with original owner to maintain the link juice,
I just check on flippa and seen that some body has sold that website 4 year back at a price of 5000$. at that time it is getting 5000-10000 visitor a day, as per me the person who buyed that site cannot make any time to work on the site and after some time it got expired due to not renewing hosting ( Do not know why he let that expired) But as per his twitter he desperately want back that hosting account due to content on that.

Any ways he do not know how to retirve back the old content, and let the domain expired.

At present when i check the domain has pr3, And alexa rank, 500000
and getting 300-400 visitor a day, from naturual backlink.
I am shock to see this visitor after 4 year with any marketing,. it has almost 5000 backlink.
I am not the photoshop guy hence i wanted to sell this domain after seeing those stats as i will not get time to put on that website,

My question to expert is that what you think at present a domain with pr3, with 400 photoshop tutorial on it which are all Unique till now. and getting 300-400 visitor a day. after 4 year also. What price i should sell this domain for.

Or what you suggest what will be minimum price for this domain should be .
I do not want to sell this domain here, but on flippa but wanted to know the price according to expert whats the domain is worth.

i guess you better should contact meathead he is the guy you should be talking too about domains and website flipping.

I have not yet monetize, as per i know in tutorial website buysellads works best than adsense, but i am trying different thing,
I just wanted to know. a domain with pr3. with 400 photoshop tutorial on it. and getting 300-400 visitor a day after 4 year also when website is really up, and till now i have not yet index the site on google also, i think when i get it index the site with all original content and same link which was before this site will zoom, by the fact that it has 5000 Nautural backlinks.

A domain is only worth money for one of two reasons.

1. The domain is a brandable domain name or for example a rare one word domain like the recent ebola domain sale.

2. The domain has been built on and is a stable business providing a regular income.

It is not just a domain
It is a photoshop tutorial website with 400 unique photoshop tutorial + Domain name + Already having 5000 backlink, + aAlready getting 400 visitor a day. Keeping all this in mind along with 400 tutorial + domain + 400 visitor + 5000 backlink + pr3 domain what this domain will worth. If it is you at what price you will be interested i wanted to know so that i can get an idea at what price i should sell this off.

Why did you put it in the domain section if it's not just a domain? There is a separate section for almost anything you know.

And seriously, take the advice you've been given already and contact meathead. He'll tell you.

I would recommend meathead as well, the guy knows his stuff.

I have already taking advice dear, and it's domain on which i put content now that is why i put in in here,madmin please if i am in wrong section then do move this thread to right section.

I think meathead is best option as many advice me to it.

So, you're selling a site with content that it is not your content. The original owner can always come back and ask for money or to take the content down. If I understood, you never asked for a permition to use that content, right?

No No, it is my content owner, all tutorial have article with picture and each picture has watermark of my domain name, in every content website name are mention . So previous owner can never come back and asked the it.
the first owner already sold website to another, with all right, and that owner sell every thing to another, and i buyed that website from last seller, with out content as he hosting got expired and he do not know how to get the backup of the site and i done it and got all content back. hope it's clear now.

Valuate do not valaute business or content, they valuate only domain name in respect of cpc and other factor , still thanks for advice.

So you bought the domain but not the content it sounds like to me? Sounds like a shitshow to be honest. One thing you cannot rely on is estibot or some other worthless valuation tool. That's the only thing I can say for certain at this point. Personally I would get that thing monetized yesterday.

I will buy the domain for 300 dollars right now, better act fast!

Its worth a little more than registration right now. When it is making money, it will be worth money.

If it is about photoshop from years ago, the content is out dated, and getting more so each day.

Monetize the site now, then sell it. 400 uniques a day with adsense ought to bring in a grand a month fairly easily.
