Unfortunately not that simple. For things that will actually make you money, expect many many hours of banging your head against a wall trying to understand why something isn't working when it looks like it should.

You have to enjoy solving tough problems to develop software for money.

Learn from the code that has been delivered to you (i.e. from the paid developers). Understand the design, and then start to make changes. You will gradually get better and better.

Try the basics. That is css and html that was pretty cool when I started out. This will be a starting point for you. After that learn javascript this are short courses so I would urge you to try and enjoy it.

I started with php and I heard that it's bad habits are formed when learning php as a first language I do understand why. Most people take on python as a first language you should too.
Don't start with something hard. Bite what you can chew or it will be boring very quickly. Don't go for java. Start with python. You will thank me someday.

for learning development, youtube is your best teacher. It's help me learn basic HTML and am now a days learning php.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

If you want to learn Android development:
Java
