Is neoapp still operational..or is that Ineo v1.6 only works, but gets deletes very quickly ??

Hey guys i am using Ineo.. My question is for "Batches"...
-I have the cron job set to every 15 minutes, but i dunno why the cron job does not post automatically..ideally it shows post automatically every 15 minutes right ??
-I am able to run the batch manually...but if i run it manually Ineo logs shows that it was running but it would never post to anyone..??

I've been trying to get this app to work but I can't seem to get it done right ... I don't know how to install the application . I have downloaded the app and it says i need some server requirements .. I know nothing about server stuff .. i know some programming languages. I know about MySQL and PHP but I just don't know how to set it up.. I have downloaded MYSQL 5.5 version and filezilla as what needed for the App to work but that was it. I'm not sure where to go now .. Can someone help me with this?
