when you understand that, then lookup domain registers , prices and best deals .
when you no everythink above , know we look into exspired domains , and pbn domains .
we then look at application to get domains
auction websites for exspired domains.
understand emd , exact match domains....

every think above can be learnt from this forum easly.

Define domaining. Are you looking to buy domains to sell at a profit? Build your own PBN? Find domains to repurpose as money sites?
Basically, spend hours looking at lists of expiring domains or find other ways to find already expired domains that have links pointing to them. Spend hours checking the finer details of these domains using Moz or Majestic to make sure they aren't a load of spam links etc.
Most time spent doing this is fruitless and brings no results. You realise your existence is futile and give up hope of ever becoming rich
