All I would need is that you join for free and load up some videos so I can market the thing with some activity already happening.
I haven't set it up yet because I wanted to see if I could get some help in this regard.
What would make it worthwhile for you?

there are lots of problems i am aware of re bounces etc which are not good for seo of your own domain
which is why i think a youtube traffic exchange would be much more valuable without any google penalties
