Helo frnds,i am from india i want to create PTC site,but in india we cannot keep money in paypal,it automatically transfers to our local bank account,
now in ptc site i have to maintain balance in my paypal account to give to my users,
so what can i do please help

Simply use a different payment gateway like payza or just check out other PPC websites and see what other popular payment gateways they use,
then use them instead of PayPal.

Liberty R will work fine with a PTC site all china clickers use it

there are lots to choose from.
here is a good script that supports most of them paidemailscripts.com
