Want highest quality proxies

I've been using a datacenter proxy for PayPal for years without any issues (maybe I got lucky) but a static residential one would probably be better for your needs. Most providers offer free trials, you can start there.

Mobile proxies are a good option if you can afford the high cost.

win2socks, for example, works very glitchy, even if socks5 supports UDP 100%, for example on 3proxy.
the same applies to tun2socks

connect socks5 and try to go thru these checkers:

https://webcasts.com/webrtc/
https://networktest.twilio.com/
https://quic.nginx.org

and you will see that there will be no UDP. or it will be every other time (if using win2socks+3proxy).

So do not mislead people with this documentation. you need to look at real things.

You're right that this isn't a super mainstream story. However, I can't agree with the statement that it doesn't work. Win2socks probably "packages" an individual application into socks5, not your entire computer -- such a configuration wouldn't be reliable. If ready made solutions don’t suffice, it's not too difficult to configure a custom one with open-source GitHub stuff (https://github.com/tun2proxy/tun2proxy).

I can concede that the average user won't bother with this. But still, I commented on your response due to the uncompromising nature of initial statement. Maybe I shouldn't have accused you of misleading, I'm a stickler, so please don't take it as rudeness.

P.S. still disagree with the claim that payment systems necessarily require HTTP/3

maybe they don't require it openly, and of course it's not described in their rules. but you have to understand that when connecting, for example, to PayPal via http/2 (socks5) without http/3 support, you will be flagged by antifraud system, and at least, will require additional verification from you (e.g. phone verification) because you don't look like a regular user with such settings.

i tried alot of residential socks5 vendors here, they are all backconnect and noone supports UDP. only TCP/IP.
