So basically paypal and stripe has very big list of ip banned list that no one else have even if it's zero fraud score but for them that ip is banned I tried many proxy providers so looking for mobile proxies with highest quality that I can pay per GB

You should check out the "Proxies for Sale" thread on the Marketplace. All proxies there are tested and verified by the BHW team, and if you’re looking to buy, you can also post in the "Want to Buy" section for more direct offers.

why don't you try VPS?

BHW has lots of proxy sellers and many of them provide users with a trial so you can see which one is the best for your work, there no number 1 of all, there is the most suitable for you :)

Mobile IPs are the safest in terms of IP bans. However, payment gigants like PayPal and Stripe block not only based on IP. They conduct a comprehensive check of your connection and are triggered by any inconsistencies. So your question is much more complex than just choosing a clean IP.

none of socks5 will works for paypal

paypal works on QUIC http/3 protocol (UDP) that socks not support and is easy to detect. no matter how clean IPs are.

you need to use Residential VPNs

Oh, I already commented on your statements in thread next to this one and provided proofs showing that your claims are far from reality. Among the proofs, I included a link to the official SOCKS5 documentation, which clearly states that this protocol supports UDP-QUIC.

And the claim about PayPal only working via QUIC http/3 -- where did you even get that? That’s nonsense. PayPal requires HTTPS (literally like almost all resources today, lol). Here’s a guideline from PayPal itself.

I think it’s somewhat unfair to mislead forum users with incorrect information. VPNs and proxies are different products and there are many important applications where encryption supported by VPNs is required and not always available in proxies. But why write information that is knowingly wrong?
After all, without any lying, VPN is the only solution for many use cases where proxies simply don't work.

Make full use of trial offers from proxy providers so you can determine which one works best for your purposes. You don't need the best according to other people, you need the best according to you.

yeah tried and failed

Since I have a similar query.
Question:
Is it paypal/stripe that blocked ips or is it the proxy provider that blocked paypal/stripe?

according to the documentation yes, but in fact very few ones support this protocol. basically they just cut it off.
because there is no normally working client for UDP socks5.

win2socks, for example, works very glitchy, even if socks5 supports UDP 100%, for example on 3proxy.
the same applies to tun2socks

connect socks5 and try to go thru these checkers:

https://ipbinding.online/index.html
https://webcasts.com/webrtc/
https://networktest.twilio.com/
https://quic.nginx.org

and you will see that there will be no UDP. or it will be every other time (if using win2socks+3proxy).

So do not mislead people with this documentation. you need to look at real things.

both, it needs to be high quality proxy & Paypal has good anti detects.
