Hi,
I think I could be doing this for you guys. Is it OK if it's a Console Application? Like you have no interface but you have to provide a .txt file in a specific location (for example C:/..) for accounts, and it connects to Twitter through Internet Explorer and follows the account?
Any prices you can give me for this?

You can use TweetAdder to do this - search for and upload user profiles and then follow them. The following part is manual but takes like a minute to follow 100 people.
