Walmart API for Content Egg plugin.

Hi.I'm new to walmart and affiliate programs.
I started building a website with content egg plugin pro and i can't figure out how to get api keys.
i registered on affiliates.walmart. com and it is pending review
.In that account i saw some auth token and account SID.
But when i searched on internet they are getting API keys from developer.walmart. com but i can't register on that .do i need to register on walmart. io to get api keys or how to proceed from here?
