Fix the ones that are fixable. Sometimes, GSC shows links/pages that do not exists and mark them as having error 404.Am I actually supposed to be fixing these error pages? Or it's isn't really necessary.
Also don't know if it affects SEO performance.

It is crucial that you fix pages that have error 404. On your GSC you seem to have 80 of those. Check them out and fix.

There are a few of them, inspect them manually and check how was they crawled, where they were included,
The others are pretty normal to have and you can't do much about,
Expect for the crawled not indexed yet, if the pages are not brand new it means your website is lacking authority,
That can be due to low quality content, weak link profile, etc...
It's not a great sign overall, something need to be changed
