From the screenshot you have shared, it's clear you have more nofollow than ********. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. What you're experiencing is most likely a Google dance. Things might stabilize with time if you keep adding high quality content.

The traffic drop might be due to the update. You can have nofollow links. Focus on giving quality content and build quality links.
