no! It's actually better, a 10-30% nofollow ratio is recommended (by me) for most backlinking profiles

Now a days most of the sites linking organically are increasingly no follow. I don't thing that's the problem.
Keep adding quality content.

From the screenshot you have shared, it's clear you have more nofollow than ********. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. What you're experiencing is most likely a Google dance. Things might stabilize with time if you keep adding high quality content.
