VPS server with private ip for Facebook ads

Hello guys,

Just a short and i think simple question.
I need a ''cheap'' VPS hosting (EU/US) that gives me also a private ip address. So i can create a working Facebook account on it. So need a private ip address with a vps server.

Any advise ?

I also need VPS for Ebay/Paypal, not for hosting. All VPS packages have limited bandwidth. If I only have 10 gb of transfer/month, it means I will finish it very fast probably in a few days. I don't have experience with this so please correct me if I'm wrong.
