VPS Question (Noob)

Hi Blackhatworld.
This is my first ever thread on here.
I have been stalking blackhat forums for quiet a few months without having to create an account.
I just read threads etc

Lately I have been wanting to invest money in a VPS but I am confused about the configuration that would suffice my needs.

This thread is to gather anyones opinion on it.

I want to use the VPS for Chrome, opening one twitter account profile on it at a time, and using a follow script.
I want to do that with atleast five accounts.

If you could link me a cheap service + specifications for the tasks required that would be pretty awesome.

i can give you a genuine plan, but that would make bhw mod give me a another infraction and hence me might get banned for a silly reason.
