VPS Problems

Hello i have problems with my vps.

When i login it says "connecting" But is does not show the desktop.

And then it goes back to the login in client.

Please help.

Well, why don't you contact your provider and ask them what the issue might be?

Well not a long wait then, it is Sunday here.

If I have a dodgy connection I add Team Viewer to the VPS along with Windows RD so if one flakes out I can still get in. If it isn't server side that is.

Edit i have wait to monday. I will do that in future but i cant do it now beacuse i cant connet lol

It seems like a connection issue. Submit a ticket to gain more time and recheck your login inforlation.

But yes , the provider is likely the one that can fix the problem.

I am assuming you are talking about a Windows VPS. Do you have a control panel for your VPS ?

Can you reboot/start your VPS or is there a VNC option to access your VPS locally so you can see whats the problem ?

If you dont have anything else rather than the login info , then you`ll just have to wait until Monday.

Restart using web cpanel provided by you vps provider or use putty
