Im interested to purchase VPS for 2 main purposes:
1. SEO - either Scrapebox or GSA
2. Marketing - Interspire & SendGrid + Twilio API(SMS)

What would you recommend in terms of cores, gb, ram and OS (Linux?)
also, should i go with managed or unmanaged programs?

thanks guys.

If you are to opt for one VPS, then you would need a Windows one.
GSA/ Scrapebox doesn't run on Linux natively and therefore it excludes it from your choice.
On Windows you may install a web server / SQL server to run Interspire / Sendgrid and I would even say it is perfectly to run them side by side.
I wouldn't recommend to host websites on the same VPS as your GSA one but Interspire should be good.

Regarding the number of cores and RAM, it is heavily user usage driven so there isn't a go to answer to give you. Go with something intermediary (not too weak and not too expensive for your budget to avoid the monthly burden).

I suggest to buy a managed VPS if you are not a techie, i bought an un-managed one and it has been a headache getting this on track.

You need a windows server that could be a vps, dedicated sever or cloud hosting. If you techie, i would advise to go for AWS, Google cloud, IBM Cloud, OR AZURE (Best for your current scenario because microsoft is powering it). Set up and install your program. From my experience i3 core with 4 gb ram would be more than sufficient having 100gb harddisk. Other than if you are not technie go for managed vps. You can check aws light sail or azure managed services !

I have a question here, can a linux VPS be configured to be used on windows environment? I just hate to type commands to get what i want. I also saw a video where you could use a VPS as another drive on your computer. How does one do that? The video did not go into details.

by installing virtual box but thats a long process

Not a long process anymore :)
If Virtualization is enabled on your Linux VPS/Server
Then use this Shell Script : Turn your Linux VPS/Server into Windows Server automatically using Shell script to install Windows Server on Linux VPS/Server
