VPS or Dedicated Server

How big is your site ? You can get a big VPS instead of buying a Dedicated Server. Dedicated Server will be more expensive than a VPS.

Contact me if you need any kind of hosting services or help about your service. You can view more at https://privatecube.li

You may use services from venetx.com.
Their VPS comes with DDoS Protection, TUN/TAP + PPTP enabled. You may set rDNS at any given time and a login to the VPS Control Panel to either Boot, ShutDown, Reboot, or Reinstall at any time. They also provide around the clock support for this service via text, call, or email.

I would recommend a dedicated server if budget is not a concern. A VPS is a virtual server created on a dedicated server through virtualization software to offer dedicated system resources to your hosting account.

Keenweb.co.uk is worth your attention as they have attractive and resourceful plans and their uptime is high.
Servers have no glitches and their prices are rock-bottom.

Dedicated servers is best, but depending on your needs including storage capacity and bandwidth,

My site having total 7,000 product and every day we are updating. per day visit is more then 500. I want cPanel/Direct Admin. I am From India. and I can Spend Money on Dedicated or VPS budget is not an issue.

As you have mentioned that the budget is not your concern, then you should go for a dedicated server. Since in dedicated server, you will have your own resources and nobody will share resources with you

If you are choosing a dedicated server you should still virtualize your environment. that so you can easy scale and move your complete setup. I would choose to use VPS in first place but talk to the provider and ask about options like if you can get en extraction of the virtual file. What hypervisor are they using and how can they scale your virtual environmet in the long run. Actually you can get super good perfomance from a vps if done correctly that outclasses alot of dedicated setups. but everything comes at a price.
