VPS needed for 24/7 Youtube Radio Streaming.

Hi community, I would like to set up a 24/7 livestream for Youtube with a 20 second video loop and music in the background. I would implement the whole thing with OBS. What are the minimum requirements for the VPS I should rent?

you might look at how much bandwidth you would be using doing that. Most vps plans are going to cap you on bandwidth.

Yea. There are few great ones for sale here on the forum/marketplace. I would suggest Hyonix. great deal,lowest rate is the $5/mo plan (with BHW discount of course.) 24/7 uptime, I haven't had any issues since joining a few months ago. I've had the same browser window open since I started the plan, and it hasn't closed once (indicating 0 downtime.) I think you can and should start with minimum requirements and then upgrade plan. Having that said I recommend you to chose the provider which can offer you such opportunity to upgrade.

If you're open to using ffmpeg instead of OBS, you can use any Linux VPS with 2+ cores. I've been using Vultr and Google Cloud to run a 24X7 stream and it works really well.

Have you been showing DJ mixing online channel, I seen a load., .house, garage, trance, etc etc etc

How you get the revenue, how it monetized.

No it's not in the music niche at all. It's actually a video loop. As of now, I haven't met the monetization criteria. I've got about 1000 hours and 300 subs.

Dedicated server with unlimited bandwidth is yout best bet.

Most recommended VPS for YouTube 24 hour livestreaming is Vultr, they are fairly cheap. There are many guides on how to setup Vultr VPS with YouTube livestreaming, it's not very difficult.
