Hi, is there still some options for a free VPS? I remember the Amazon one which free for the whole one year but it was very slow.

Google cloud offers 300$ trial and you can set there a windows vps with the statistic that you want (Ram/CPU).
For example 1 vCpu with 3.75 GB memory costs 55$/month. But the good thing is that you pay by the hour, so you can go for max settings 50gb ram 8vCPU etc which costs around 600$ and use it for half a month.

It is pricey but it's free, you only need to add a credit card and they will use the 300$ trial and never charge ur CC without your permission after the trial credit it's over. I'm actually hosting my website on google cloud(wordpress bitnami) with the 300$ and it works amazing for 5$/month with dedicated IP.

At the moment HostQ(dot)com have promotion for VPS at the price of $ 1 for the first 3 months.
