Only thing you must consider is how anonymous you are if you used payment methods that are registered on your real name to buy proxy/vpn. If you just surf the internet it's ok, but if you do some black hat stuff, i wouldn't recommend to go with public proxy and vpn. Better some offshore services, not usa definitely.
