VPN promotion in China

Hi guys.
We have created our own VPN service and want to promote it in mainland China.
Do you have any ideas or suggestion how to do this best?

If you need VA's post it in Hire a freelancer.. You will get someone to assist you..
 
well, I have a large number of people on hand who need a VPN, but it depends on whether your price is attractive.

our prices: 8.99$ - 1 month
29.94$ - 6 month
35.88$ - 1 year

we have promoted with Baidu PPC accounts. But now we have a problem with accounts bans. And need ideas about cloaking.

VPN is forbidden in China, so Baidu obviously does not allow VPN ads.
