Visits To Money

I joined this site a site called visits to money dot com

its where you refer people to the site to make money.

Its a quite high CPA and i was able to make $50 in about a month.

I then went to withdraw the moeny to find you have to complete some surveys. I thought fair enough its prob how they make there money, i dont mind. So I started the survey and theres loads of questions, asking you to join this and that, asking about bills and pensions etc..

The site is meant to auto detect when you have completed the survey but it didnt.

So i cant withdraw the money. I contacted their support team twice and got no reply whatsoever.

Has anyone else used this site and withdrawn money or am i wasting my time as its a scam?
