regus..... is.... meh.
I don't know, it really, really depends on your situation.
A few years back my wife and I were about to rent an office to sell real estate. We ended up buying another house instead. Regus offices go from 400 to 1000 a month depending on where they are, but really, when you think about it, you're better off buying another house! Although, it really really depends in what part of the country we're talking about.
I like regus because it gives a feel of a huge office building so it makes you seem bigger, but I don't like it because you get a small office and the space isn't really you're own plus you're basically throwing away that money.
A great line we use a lot "Hey look, you're not having to pay for our expensive espresso machine in the break room. We try and do everything online and over the phone. It saves time and money for both of us. If you want to come by the office, I can make an appointment. Do you want me to send over the contracts right now? You can just sign everything online." The wife still does real estate, and we still own that house.... and if people REALLY want to come buy... well, come on over. We keep that place just as clean as an office.
Good luck.
