I’m looking for virtual cards works in X API that allowed to use custom cardholder names.

I was using Buvei, but only offers one BIN with 3DS secure while rest are Non-3DS . I guess better to avoid Non-3DS for X API??

Looking for cards that let me use custom names, work well outside the US, no monthly fees (top-up style preferred).
Ideally, no KYC. But are providers that offer no KYC more likely to be declined by X API?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance!

Hey man! You have a pretty long list of requirements,so not sure if you'll find an exact 100% match but I’d recommend checking out adpaycards Not sure about X API specifically since I haven't used it, but I've personally paid for X ads with them and it worked fine.
Here’s how it fits your list:
  • 3DS: Supported.
  • Custom Names: They don't provide a specific name on the card, so you can just use whatever billing name/address you want.
  • Outside US: They use EU bank BINs, so they work great globally.
  • KYC: It's technically there, but completely optional you can skip it and still use the cards without restrictions.

To answer your question about KYC vs declines: no, X or any other platform won't decline cards just because theyre nonKYC. Payment gateways don't get your personal KYC data from the card provider anyway. give them a shot. Might not check every single box for you, but could definitely be worth a try!
