Virtual bank account for Paypal?

Long story short i need a Virtual US or Malaysian bank account under my name to withdraw money. (Payoneer is no longer working)
My account is restricted cuz i used malaysia as my country (no paypal in my residential country) and i had exceeded my limit.
I tried adding a credit card but it doesn't allow me, only option is a bank account.
Any leads?

PP did smth to my account and now I cannot send to other PP user but still can pay online for some reason, so I buy Gift Cards and resell for bitcoin, that is a big lose of money but it is easy (no hassle with exchanges).

Most sellers nowadays use BOA VBAs, don't know if they work or not.

My account is limited. It was already activated a couple of years ago.
Since i have been found out (fake country), all modes of payment and withdrawal had been seized.
Only available option is to add a bank account and withdraw to the bank, i can't even add a credit card. (I cannot send or accept payment)
So either the bank should be US or Malaysian. Im sure there are many people who are in the exact same situation as i am, without any help.
As far as i know Payoneer does not work anymore, i tried like 5-6 times. If it does please, let me know for sure.
