do anyone knows how you can get to Virtual Assistants from India/Phillipines/Thailand? I have some work I would like to give away.

I've hired very solid people from several third world countries including PH.

Train your employees well and you get what you trained at a good price.

You never know, there are all kind of people in every country.
$10 is more worth on some places than $100 in others, so you can still find decent VA in third world countries.
 
You can post your ads on forums as well as sites like elance, freelancer etc.
 
You can choose platforms between Freelancer.com, Upwork and Guru. You post jobs there.

$49 a month to be able to contact workers on there. The free version you can't make contact.
 
Im from Philippines and most of my fellow freelancer is using upwork.
 
How many do you need? And what kind of work? I can provide you some VAs from the Philippines. :)
 
Depend on your requirements, you can also check on marketplace or post your project details on HAF section for competitive rates.

There are a few good freelancer on Upwork, but don't get expect too much. Depending on where you come from by yourself you might be kinda disappointed. For me, as a german, I can't stand the laziness, how many of them are faking, copying, the delays and excuses etc. So don't expect anything. Usually you get what you pay for.
 
Lol, that's a common excuses sometimes. I must say that while working be honest. Do your task honestly.
