Hi, will be using a friend's details so which is the safe and go to proxy for creating google ads account?

Saw proxy n vpn giving private proxy for $2.3 so it safe to go?

Confused between private, virgin, residential proxy. Which per your experience is good in the eyes of google and google ads?

try use dedicated proxy or non transparent proxy.Also with https connection

personally I prefer create my own proxy (datacenter one), but if you want to have a very high quality then create your own 4g proxy would be better, I am not recommending buying proxies, as we might never knows the quality

I think it safe to go. I prefer for proxy than vpn. Because speed is also Good.

You could try 911 proxies (google it). You can choose your location based on a address or zip.
