Viral Video Idea - How to Execute?

Hello,

I have a video concept that is surely viral material (within my niche). It's a challenge(that go viral like 8/10 times lol), but with my own twist to it that will definitely make it more entertaining.

What I'm trying do, is pursue it right; so how should I go about it?

I'm in the fitness niche and would like to find promoters than can promote to REAL people. I plan to invest in SEO, but what else to ensure the right exposure/avoid ranking dips?

One idea is to find influencers on big social media networks and message them one by one. Some of them would charge money for s/o&promotions, but there are a lot of people who would do it for free.

I'm more curious if there are services that will benefit this? I know a "Go-Viral" service is usually whack and doesn't work. All I really need is it to get into the light (suggested videos, and people talking) as my niche is full of people who will mention this once it picks up..

Social shares is the key to virality specially share on FB, like upload your video to youtube then promote it via facebook.

A free way you could try to promote it on Facebook is make a post on your group page, then share the post with other fitness groups. There are so many fitness groups on there you should have no trouble getting it in front of eyes.
