Viral TikTok Growth - Need your help

The other day, I sat down with an old friend and was told stories about how there are warehouses filled with thousands of iPhones in China and other asian countries that farm TikTok engagement. They create fake accounts for you in bulk, repost your content, push your CTA, etc. Essentially, they will blow up any TikTok account overnight by the sheer amount of views and engagement they can farm.

I'm looking for anything that can lead to me these guys. From what I know, it seems to be an underground business even in China.

View farms, they're quite rampant on the music industry too with some music label companies, allegedly, even using them to give their songs a little "boost" shall we say. It definitely counts as legitimate views/ engagements since the systems determining the legitimacy of these views as being form real people is quite limited in some ways.
 
You can literally just go and buy views, likes etc for tiktok (same with insta, twitter, YT etc etc)

Most are using this kind of network to run them

BUT! It's also about view duration... not just likes so that's where your stumbling block is with using services like these as they literally just want to get through their orders as quickly as possible.

Haven't find a viewer retention service as of yet
