Is there a time limit you must have a acct at BHW as well? I think there maybe but if not, that should be added as well I would think..

Jr.VIP does have donor status. The pink membership level people think of as "Donor" is actually called "Premium". Both Premium and Jr.VIP are donor membership levels.
It was 60 days/100 post count/$97 donation.
It sounds like they're just fixing it so people can't join if they aren't eligible. Just have to wait and see if any eligibility requrements are changed as well. I'm sure there'll be some announcement when it's back up.

Another thing that might be nice is if the Jr.VIP had both an annual and a lifetime membership option like what the Premium membership has. A lifetime membership actually makes more sense for Jr.VIP than it does for Premium members.
