Up until last week, I had NEVER had a YT account banned ever.
One of my competitors flagged multiple videos on one of my accounts. Mind you, these were all custom videos made with motion graphics purchased from VideoHives, pics purchased from IStockphoto and music purchased from JewelBeat.
These were videos about equipment and safety issues related to that equipment. There were no pretty girls. No sales pitches; just information.
None of these videos were pointing to any affiliate type sites. None of these videos were pointing to any content locker or any other type of monetization. They were all pointing to legitimate authority websites.
But even still, YouTube yanked them because the "Community flagged them."
They offered me no opportunity to appeal the ban. The killed almost thirty custom videos on the strength that my competitors flagged them.
Pissed off! Heck Yeah. I'm getting me a coder to craft an automated YT Flagger.
