Am asking for the YouTube content, because chinese government banned YouTube in china. So we can use their videos for the YouTube channel
 
Do you want to view or download? You can find thousands of videos in Youtube, if you want to download, you can use 3rd party websites that you can find in Google.
 
@seoways, I would like to create a new yt channel related to funny or dance. But chinese government banned YT in china, if we use chinese videos in our YT channel they don't claim copyrights.

That's why am asking where I can get those types of videos.

I think you'll run into copy right issues taking videos from anywhere, its just a matter of the owner noticing or not, or youtube noticing (which unless its blatant they wont notice) I think they have bilibili and youku and instead of tik tok its douyin.
 
@Junkie Panda Am not going to just re-post the video, i will edit and change the voice and then I will publish.

It's not affect copyrights right?
