@seoways, I would like to create a new yt channel related to funny or dance. But chinese government banned YT in china, if we use chinese videos in our YT channel they don't claim copyrights.

I think you'll run into copy right issues taking videos from anywhere, its just a matter of the owner noticing or not, or youtube noticing (which unless its blatant they wont notice) I think they have bilibili and youku and instead of tik tok its douyin.
