Hi all need advice
I am a newbie with lots of question

Soon I am about to launch the website where I will embed the movies,

is shared hosting is OK for the beginning?

or if you can suggest me the minimum requirement for the hosting plan and as well if you can advise me for my safety as I will embed the movies

If you just want to embed movies where people will just come and read your blog, then intially shared hosting will do good but as soon as traffic increase then website may behave inappropriately and you might consider to update your plan
 
What about DCMA?
As someone advice me that it's too much risky and you might go to jail if the owner of the movies tracked you by help of cyber security

Can you please suggest ms to avoid such critical things what should I have to do to save my a a s

evenif i am embedding links to watch or download to the my site will i get copyright claim ?

There are many offshore hosting companies which ignore dmca and information requests,
You just need to find trusted one and you are good to go.
But DMCA ignores doesnt mean at all you start child porn and illegal stuff.
 
aside from onionhost can u suggest me 4 to 5 well-reputed budget dcma ignored hosting so i can research about the service I mean pros and cons
