video sharing site sign up tool?

hi guys

i am looking for a tool that will sign up to the video sharing sites that are in tube mogel?

i think i saw a tool like this somewhere here buti cant find it even with the search tool (just so i dont get hammered by people telling me to go to search)

i hope someone could help me out..save a lot of time
