Video release cycle

Hello.
I have 20 Videos a week that I would upload to my channel. Should I upload them all at once or plan them across the week?
Also ist it worth livestreaming old videos to my channel to gain exposure?

I would prefer to release them across the week. It gives the viewer more opportunities to make a mental note of your uploads and remember your channel. If you released them all at once there is a chance that some videos might get lost in the crowd.

EDIT: If time is a concern, you can always use the upload scheduler to time your releases accrodingly.

The livestreaming of old videos sounds like a great idea though, I might try that myself.

Spread across the week for sure

Livestreaming is great at the moment, there are few methods to get to the front page with only 40-50 views, so do some research, test some stuff and you will make it, I've seen small channels get 500 subs a day just from livestreaming

No do not upload them all at once as it wont give you much exposure. Also yeah Live streaming does some good wonders.
