Camptasia is the best software for making new videos and edit and give some effect in the videos. if you able to buy a paid version of camptasia that is the best. i am using this software from last 1 year for my you tube channel its very good . if you need any types of help you can knock me any time

am sorry but camtasia will not get you that , tray use after effect or animation program

He's using smart Video Metric.
But I have experience in using vidhive animation character was a great software to make animation video.

I use adobe after effects(might take a day to get used to it), but once you get the hang of it you can do anything you want + it's easy to torrent
