Video hosting script like Fembed, Openload, Mystream, Mixdrop

I am searching for a video hosting script like Fembed, Openload, Mystream, Mixdrop, etc., I didn't found one. Can you help, please?

I used jwplayer in the past and it worked. You can host it on your site and do whatever you want to monetize your videos.

Can you please elaborate. How to use JWPlayer, where to download, where to host, how to get embed and download link, etc., I am not used to any of these situations and there are no complete resources on the web either. Well, I liked the JW Player very much from the beginning and now it sucks when I can't use it for good.
