Ohh, There are ton of these things i look for, here are just few.
1. All reviews on aff network review sites (afpaying.com ) Also questions, negative reviews and so on.
Google #network name# Scam , basically looking thru all reviews and things i can find. But sometimes networks with least reviews are the best.
2. Payments on time. At start dont send too much traffic, just test out the waters, send a bit of traffic, see if it converts etc. And wait for payment date, if you get the payment its good, most good networks has their own payment service and payment stuff so look for this too. Pretty much says that owner and AM dont have time to deal with payments, quite legit biz going on there.
3. How long are they in industry, dont ever run for network who just signed up, domain registered just 2 weeks ago and is using free hasoffer trial.
4. Friends, you can ask around all friends who use them and how legit are they, maybe ask in some skype groups or somewhere, dont open new thread in BHW, just use damn search button as someone probably asked that already.
5. Owner , try to find owners name and do some search on that too. For example if CPAgrip is run by Ryan Eagle , and by searching his name you can see that he ripped off ton of guys already. There are FB groups too : "Internet Advertising - People Who Don't Pay"
