I am looking for a free program that will let me crop my video. Are there any programs you would recommend that are compatible with Mac? I tried iMovie but that doesn't let me manually crop the video. This will only be a one time thing so not looking to pay for a program I will never use again. Thanks!

Adobe After Effects works for mac, and since it's just a one off you could just download the trial version.

Good tip on the trial if you are just using it to crop a video. You could also try blender. Here is also a list of free programs.
